As a tea plantation owner from Galle, Sri Lanka, my recent culinary escapade at Ruvisha Beach Hotel was a delightful fusion of flavors and experiences. the morning sun, reminiscent of the prime tea plucking hours, was the perfect backdrop as I headed to the Fish & Lobster Restaurant for an exquisite dining affair. the freshly caught fish, procured from the nearby fish market by the canal, were skillfully prepared to perfection, offering a taste of local seafood at its finest. The ambiance of the restaurant, overlooking the ocean, echoed the serenity of my tea estate back home, providing an ideal setting for a leisurely meal. the breakfast spread, including tea, fresh juice, eggs, and a variety of bread. In conclusion, Ruvisha Beach Hotel's culinary offerings, much like the diverse flavors of Ceylon tea, present a unique blend of tradition and innovation, making it a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts seeking a taste of Sri Lanka's gastronomic delights.
